The management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests and ensuring that the community remains well-maintained. The apartments are modern and spacious, with thoughtful layouts that make daily living comfortable. Parking has been convenient, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that residents have designated spots, minimizing any potential issues. Noise levels are generally low, contributing to a peaceful environment. Overall, Luxx Verrge offers a welcoming community with a management team that truly cares about its residents.?

High end amenities with higher end price. Great customer service. Main issue is thin walls with poor insulation t which makes living in this townhome a little noisy

view is beautiful Maintenance also are great Manager needs customer service skills because her rudeness make us prefer to live somewhere else. Also instead of giving us a preferred rate to renew our contract they raised it more than 20%
