Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are also NOT permitted. Pet Limit: 2  Pet Fee: $400 one pet; $800 two pets  Pet Rent: $20/mo one pet; $40/mo two pets  Max Weight: No limit.

Eh could be better

Overall apartments need a update for the prices they charge. We still have white appliances but paying luxury prices also outrages water charges that don’t seem right . Apartment usually quiet just depends on the neighbors.

Great Place to Live!!!!

I like it here!!!! I've always passed by the complex and thought to myself, "that looks like a great place to move to". I never thought I'd actually be living here. I am glad I stopped by one cold snowy day in February and talked with Kirsten and KeeKee. It was if we had been long-time friends. They were friendly and readily helped my son and me to complete our applications. We were approved that same day and moved in a couple of weeks later. I love the floor plan,,,,it works great for my son and me...I am on one side of the apartment and he is on the other side. Also, I like taking walks in the mornings. I feel safe doing my morning walks and have met several other residents who walk as well. We give each other encouragement and motivation. Deciding to stop that day was the best decision I've made regarding apartment living. My son & I are coming up on the end of our 2nd year's lease. I am pretty sure we will be renewing our lease for another year or two.

The minus to living here is smelling the marijuana odor from the neighbors apartment come through the vent Im not a smoker so yeah its a negative
