I came to look at the property and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice floorplans and atmosphere. Still looking around, but very interested in the fountains of Denton!

I lived here for 1.5 years before moving back to Las Vegas, sad to go. After looking at other places, I chose Fountains, after viewing the apts., because of the manager, Heather's friendly, helpful manner. This continued throughout my leases, and includes the other staff. Always a happy face, sometimes I dropped by to say "hello." Great management, friendly staff, nice grounds, pool, amenities in the office area and in apts., pet-friendly, friendly neighbors, some reserved covered parking, extra storage spaces, and garages, all features that make it feel like "home." Located close to Denton's Historical Square, I-35E and other shopping/dining/medical. I would live here again, and you should consider it.

I just moved out of The Fountains after 3 years because I bought a house. I enjoyed living here very much. The office staff is very nice and helpful, the manager has made many improvements, and maintenance is great. Parking was a problem but the manager has made changes and situation has improved. New equipment is being added to the workout room and this is a pet-friendly place; the courtyard is a nice place to walk your pet. My only change would be to make the pool/Jacuzzi more handicapped accessible. Adult-only pool hours also would be great. However, the addition of the huge shared BBQ grill was really nice. I enjoyed my years here. Some neighbors were great, some not so great, but that's common in apt complexes and the staff does everything it can to assist with any issues.

I chose the Fountains originally due to a prior tenan'ts recommendation. And now into my 3rd year, I cant imagine living anywhere else. The staff goes well above and beyond their job descriptions to make each tenant feel safe, valued, and a part of the Fountains family. Maintenance is quick to respond to both emergency calls or regularly scheduled visits. This is my home, not just my apartment.
