Good for the Price
I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have not renewed my lease due to the substantial amount of maintenance issues that we have encountered. The staff are also not the nicest people.

Pricey but comfortable
I've lived here for two and a half years in a single unit and the rent is definitely steep, especially considering I don't personally really use any of the amenities, but the maintenance is great, the units are clean and functional, I've never seen any issues go down in the complex or had any conflicts with the office staff. Maintenance addresses your work quickly. While I wish it were more affordable, I have really enjoyed living in this complex.

Campus Living
Great place to live if you want to be able to take a quick bus ride or walk onto campus, close to the square and the bars on fry street if that's your thing. Maintenance is kind of spotty and its a college apartment so its never really quiet enough to study at home.
