Overall Pretty Good

Overall pretty good. Had a problem with a neighbor and they took care of it. Parking can be sparse and they tow aggressively. Upstairs neighbor is constantly stomping around at all hours of the night but the courtesy officer has gone up to talk to them. Other than that, its pretty good here.

Overpriced but nice.

I've been a long time Tennant here and what's kept me staying for so long is the maintenance and communication with front office. Lately the price has gotten much higher though and I'm actively looking for somewhere else to go. A single bedroom is close to $1200 a month. If money isn't an issue for you I'd recommend this place but realistically you can find somewhere with the same quality for cheaper. Especially with the amount of low enforcement with times. People will continue swimming and yelling and screaming way past closing time as well as actively walking around at night yelling with eachother.

my overview-general

I've lived here 5-6 years. They seem to do a great job maintaining everything considering the complex in pretty old. When a new tenant moves in they seem to upgrade the apt dramatically. Which is somewhat strange because I've spent thousands over the years in rent going towards Westdale investments. Be kind of cool if they'd offer a long term resident a few upgrades like the brand new tenant gets and hasn't shown near the amount of money loyalty as have I. Not necessarily painting the apartment but basic things like re-caulking around the the toilet and tub. Upgraded some light fixtures. Install all new weather stripping around my doors. My doors are not sealed well at all. Weather stripping is easy and cheap. Just some basic upgrades that could get done in an afternoon would be nice.

Excellent Community & Professional Staffs

We moved into this community this August, which is a fantastic place. The staffs, especially their manager, Amarra, are very professional. Just give an example. The air-conditioner did not work yesterday, and I mailed the manager for help. It was already 5:30 pm, and the maintenance team fixed the air-conditioner before 6:00 pm. My family loves this community.

Great complex, great location, been here 4 years, was a homeowner for 18 years prior. I'd be kind of cool if some of the breezeways were power-washed where tenants trash sits out year around in order to make things look cleaner and give the apt complex a newer, fresher look!
