Good for price point

Lived here for a 1/2 a year. Good place that is close to a lot of locations such as UTSW, love field airport etc and close to uptown. Has good amenities for the most part. Management can be extremely unhelpful and not understanding at times which is frustrating. Worth the price point.

Regretful

We moved into the apartment but its been an ordeal. You would think they'd want to make you comfortable as you move since moving is stressful. The garbage disposal is stinking up the place but the manager had the nerve to say it wasnt a "priority". Then they say maintenance doesnt work on weekends! What property doesn't have maintenance on weekends!? Overall, this place lacks love. They should not be called West Love apartments. If I were you, find somewhere else to live that will take care of your unit since you're paying for it.

Excellent Property

Love living here, everything about the property is top tier to me. My only ask is that the charging stations be fixed and maybe surveillance around the area to prevent the problem from happening again.
