They enjoy the incredible, soundproof apartments with amazing views, abundant outlets, washer and dryer units, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, and spacious designs. This is the second year I have water build up and water damage to the walls near the windows due to the windows leaking and excessive moisture build up. I spend several hours cleaning up water in the mornings going through at least 5 large towels to soak up the water from the windows, widow sills and floor. The elevators break alot, many times leaving one elevator available for use which with the amount of people living here, that is a huge inconvenience. Also many times in the morning when people are going to work, the cleaning person shuts an elevator down and leaves it shut down for sometime...again very frustrating when you have to wait extended time to use an elevator. The amenities that were said to be available when I was shown the property either never existed or have gone down hill. I was told room service was available. I even had a room service book provided with my apartment. Room service is NOT provided to residence and was never able to use it since I lived here. There is no actual residence only pool as it is shared with hotel guests. The pool on the roof top is good if you enjoy paying a minimum of a $150 fee just to sit in a chair. The grills are disgusting and broken. Scout has shut down which was a huge selling point for me. I can go on but there is not enough room

A little disappointed with the amentias that were presented at move in. I know a part is still on order but the resident pool was closed and is still closed since I moved in. The grills at the pool area are broken and do not work very well if they work at all. Lastly, I was told that residents can utilize the room service for food from the restaurants; however, the QR code on the refrigerator magnet does not work and when i used the menu book provide with my apartment and called the room service number, they were very rude, told me they do not provide room service to residents and they hung up on me when i aske to speak to a manager. O do enjoy the Resident staff very much and very much appreciate the professionalism, service and the events that have been put on for the residents. Overall, very happy here but hopefully the issues stated above can be fixed.
