I only moved into the Lofts at Mockingbird Station because Gabbi sold me on the rooftop pool. They closed it down, finally admitting they are closing it down for over a year. They were deceptive in their communications, faking a pool with water on the website, when in truth it is an ugly hole in the concrete. In April 2025 they sent notice saying they were pursuing pool passes which they did not offer until August. They are renting my unit for 700 dollars less per month than what I paid, and charging me over a thousand dollars for a “notice” fee once I moved out. It is noisy and there was urine in the fifth floor hall more than once. Don’t move in. And I don’t believe anything they say.

I continue to be amazed with my living experience here at the Lofts everyday! Such a joy living here having such an amazing leasing, maintenance, cleaning, and security team! All residents are so friendly and have loved the friendships I’ve had the opportunity to make here so far!! This is a place I can truly call home after many years of moving to different apartments year after year.

I lived here for just over a year, and decided to not renew my lease. The units are way too expensive for what is called "luxury". The AC units are atrociously loud. The train station or the highway is way too loud and because of the "loft experience" some of the windows are not sound-proof, or heat efficient. The homeless people that hang around the area from the transit station are invasive and loud. The building has a lot of priveleged students from SMU of whom are messy and loud. There are extra expenses for "concierge services" that don't do their job on a consistent basis. The leasing office is employed with blocker-types that are just there to do the very bare minimum, constantly and petty-enforce the policies of the parent leasing company. Having lived here for over a year, not one day has gone by where I've seen a moving truck downstairs, which means they have a high-turnover - and that's for the above and a number of other reasons.
