Restricted breeds include but are not limited to: German Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, Doberman & Airedale. We are a pet-friendly community: There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet & a $400 non-refundable fee for 2 pets. Pet Rent: $35.00 per month/ per pet. Although we love animals, we ask that you follow our policy of 2 pets maximum. Breed restrictions do apply - The below list should not be considered all-inclusive, some breeds have nicknames and most have variations of their breed. German Shepherd, Anatolian Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Bullmastiff, Akita, Chow Chow, Wolf-Dogs and Wolf Hybrids, Doberman (full) & Airedale. Listed above are dogs considered to have aggressive tendencies.
