Pretty solid for the price

I've lived here for about 7 months. I've loved living here. Noise is minimal, parking garage is a great amenity, pool is solid, maintenance is quick and efficient, and the units are great quality. I got a great price, but with rent skyrocketing across DFW, I will likely get priced out. If they offered me a renewal that was affordable and similar to what I pay now, I would 1000% renew.
