I've been living here for two months and I love it. The apartment has everything I need and is very well equipped. The location is definitely the best thing about it, and the amenities are pretty good, all for a price that is below other similar apartments in the area. The maintenance could be better and the building feels a bit old, but other than that, I love everything about it

Noise was a big problem; every night, I could hear the outside as if the windows were not closed (I checked, they were closed). The doorknob on the closet was intially broken and rhe cabinets were not very in good condition. When they came to fix the cabinets, it offered relief and they were very reassuring.

I loved my experience living at MAA Uptown Village. The location can't be beat, the staff are quick to answer any questions and provide guidance, and the apartments are cozy. Couldn't recommend this apartment complex more!

I enjoued staying in uptown village l, wish the gym was better cooled maybe bigger, i know that wouldnt be nevessarily possible.
