Hello everyone. I've lived at Jewel on Landmark since 2019. It is a great property, conveniently located. Amenities are great, gym is fully equipped and parking garage is spacious. Jewel crew is very courteous and efficient at their task. Highly recommend this property.

I must say, I was ready to move based on the way previous management was handling my cooling crisis. My air conditioning stopped working suddenly and although I was provided portable units while they waited for a backordered part to come in, this did nothing for my unit as I live in the loft style with high ceilings and temps would exceed 87 degrees downstairs and over 90 upstairs. No one seemed to care about how my life was being impacted and no solution was attempted other than "to wait". Wait time would have been more than two weeks in an extremely uncomfortable and dangerous living space. In my final plea, I advised the leasing office that I could not bear another week in those conditions and would give notice to move if nothing could be done. It just so happened that the new community manager was there on her FIRST day and she immediately asked if she could come to my apartment. She was the first to even inquire about what the temp was inside. After visiting, she assured me that she would get it resolved within 24 hours and follow up. The very next morning she called to let me know that she worked out a creative solution, (something that I had recommended to previous management) and within a few hours, my unit was cool again. I would absolutely recommend living here simply based on her actions alone. Not to mention the community is gorgeous with some great views. 10/10

I have lived here for 3-4 years and I remember when the rates were lower than they are today. This place is nice to live in however, the events could increase to show morale for residents and the rent should go down. I left a couple google reviews in support of the recent Barbie Event. I believe the event was a great way to bring neighbors together and created a peaceful environment.
