Rent is too high

Henry Alcala is rude with no regards to our concerns. Due to the strain on inflation it's very challenging to pay increased cost in rent, storage and parking with no incentive in return let alone all the other necessities. The numbers do not make sense most people do not earn enough to even reside in these apartment complexes. One paycheck goes towards rent with nothing left over. I called today why my storage fee went up by $20 for what reason I have the same size storage unit, he stated to me " what are you getting at". no concern rude attitude. This is what's happening around me everyone is struggling. Can I at least get my walls painted, carpet cleaned, new appliances.
