I have lived here for a few months and have had no issues. Maintenance and staff are very quick to respond and are so friendly. Kind neighbors and never too much noise. Good price for the amenities and space. Love this neighborhood.

Dumpster needs to be emptied more often. Pool furniture needs to be replaced Pool needs to be painted

Trash dumpster needs to be emptied more often, as residents start putting bags outside of it. Remodeling staff uses residents trash to throw away big apartment appliances that remain for long periods next to the dumpster. Those things need to be taken care off separately. The pool needs painting and cleaning, the pool furniture needs to be replaced. Residents with pets need to be reminded that they have to clean their pet´'s feces. Management have to take care of that. It is important and it devaluates the property.

The property is not bad at all the overall location and price point are things you can't beat. I'm definitely going to renew my lease cause they have proven to me that they have things under control and I LOVE THAT!
