Ever since the buyout from Greystar, this property has slowly been going downhill. Several elevator outages with slow to no response in regard to estimated time of completion. Poor transition into new ownership, with forced changes into rental insurance as the new company does not take Lemonade causing increases in overall rent. Previous management company regularly had staff cleaning around, but have only seen someone cleaning around the complex twice since swap to new management. Overall, a downgrade from the property that we initially signed with.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is always quick on the work orders.

I've enjoyed living in Caliza. No problem at all so far. Time to time, a little noisy from the neighborhood, but we can survive —no big deal.
