I wish rules applied to all, especially the outside appearance and the breeze-way or office managers enforce some rules like leaving stuff in front of their door when they can use the patio, and other renters don't have to see as they go in and out....apartment; like trash cans still outside or stack of trash against the wall for weeks till next trash pick up. ijs It would be nice if there were communications sent to renters when they submit an email in reference to a violation or concerns on the property or their building so we know it was receive even if not read. It would be nice if the front office would fill in that hold coming out in front of the gate, that may help it from keep getting hit. When you pull up to the gate, your car ROLLS toward the gate when you pull up for it to open. Our security gate is nice when working but that uneven rough hold in front is a problem for drivers whos trying to drive around or over it to go through the gate to get out. I'm surprise no one has said something instead of running into the gate or get to close when going through or get the gate sensors to open the gate from a far distance.
