A Nice Place

I have lived at Pioneer Parkplace for over 11 years. I like living in a smaller apartment complex. I like getting to park right outside my door. I love the renovations that they have made to the outside of our apartments. I love my neighbors . The new manager is AWESOME! Mona gets in there and works just as hard as everyone else. Just love her personality and how she manages the apartments. My mom and I were promised new appliances , new paint , flooring, and new cabinets . We are still waiting ..we are told we have the Classic apartments , but we used to pay 865.00 and that has went up nearly 500 dollars in the last 2 years. All in all we love it here but hoping one day - someone will fulfill the promises of updating our classic apartment to a more modern apartment .
