Great matinence

Great Court yard that is kept up with. Fun dog park, my dog loves the obstacles. Any issue I've had has been fixed in under 24 hours.

Apartment Good But Watch for Rain

If you're on the 1st floor, be careful when it rains! My apartment flooded multiple times, it came up from under the floor, not through the door cracks. Brought it to management's attention multiple and they really didn't do anything; said "it was just how the ground is". NO GOOD ANSWER The price was good when I started here but rent keeps going up. Parking is totally open so you can always find a spot. The back gate has never worked; fire hazard and probably an OSHA violation too. If the power goes out, there's a small chance you can have power but not your neighbor. The complex is wired stupidly and some buildings are on 1 circuit and others on another, can't tell who will have power and who won't. Overall, good area, close to the main roads and shops. Not too noisy.
