Pet Friendly Apartments in Austin Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at The Morgan, we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That’s why we are a pet friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Not only will your pet find a cozy place to call home, your pets will also be able to take advantage of all the great amenities that surround you. We have a complete listing of groomers, boarders and training locations within a 10 mile radius of our community. Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health. Our pet fees are as follows: Pets 0-25 lbs. are a $200 Deposit and a $250 fee Pets 26-65 lbs. are $300 Deposit and a $250 fee Combined pet weight can not exceed 65 lbs. Meh.

Overall...not so great. It ok just because of the location. But seems to never be enough parking, ice still tastes weird after maintenance repair, and had issues in the past with maintenance requests not getting addressed in the past

Do not recommend! Look elsewhere

I have been living here for 5 months when they were transitioning from Chardonnay to The Morgan, and I have encountered multiple issues. - Pool was closed for about a month and it was green and building mold in it. - Maintenance orders were not being followed up and took up to 3 weeks to reply. - Resident portal was down and had to get money order last minute even though this is a service they promote they have. (2 consecutive months) - Dog park was out of bags for weeks and filthy with dog poop. - A month after I moved in I got a notice that they were going to raise prices (100 dlls) - I was told my unit will have a microwave, and it doesn’t. - When my amazon package was delivered front office told me they were not in charge of the lockers and could not help me with it although I’m paying THEM a fee to have this. They told me to call UPS, UPS told me that my apartments were the ones that should provide the code to open locker. It was chaos. - Bills still do not show on resident portal in the appropriate times. I’m getting notices saying that I owe money, but the apartment doesn’t provide the bills on the portal. - They told that my dog was not on the contract when they finally came to complete maintenance order even though I provided ALL documentation of emotional support animal on the day of move in. I am seriously disappointed on this complex. Hopefully all of this is just the transition, if not, I’m changing apartments ASAP after my lease is up.

Not far from downtown Austin, on the bus line, and near the train station. Also, on the greenbelt!
