Hello I’d just like to let it be known that this property could be a great property if the staff put more care into their jobs. I’ve spoken to numerous neighbors and the same issues seem to be happening with having to email or verbally tell a staff member an issue whether it be mailing or lease questions, that they won’t get a response back without sending a follow up email or speaking in person twice about the issue at hand.

I like living here, amenities could be better in terms of placement/accessibility and overall options, but the rent is too high for what it is, frequent out of order things, not always the staffs fault. Staff is generally friendly and helpful though. Again, this place would be 5/5 if it cost like 70% of what it does.

I’ve lived at The Martingale for a year, currently going on my second (i renewed!). They were going through a management shift when i moved in. So far, with the new management, i’ve had a wonderful experience. I’ve had no issues with my unit thus far. And the staff has been great - especially Tiffany! She’s the best! She’s been super helpful during my move-in, renewal and helping me add a pet to my lease. I wish i lived a bit closer to the city but we have everything we need at The Martingale including an HEB, vet clinics, restaurants/shopping. Nothing but great things to say!

I've been at the Martingale for 2 years and have enjoyed my time living here. Any issues I've experienced have been tended to quickly with the current management staff, and the team is very attentive to the community. I enjoy the location and amenities the complex offers, and the active effort the staff puts into putting together community activities for the residents to meet other residents and staff. Overall a great south austin apt.
