I have written a couple of reviews on Yelp in regards to our experience here. I would never recommend to anyone to look here in the future. The staff is not helpful, high turnaround and it hasn't been the same since Monica and Melissa left, at least they actually acted like they cared. The community has just drastically declined including staff, neighbors, dog park and landscaping. There's trash everywhere and dog waste everywhere. We have lived here for about a year now and cannot wait to find a more friendly environment. Our packages that are delivered to the hub are usually damaged and even opened and stuffed into the mailboxes and we have alerted staff, but nothing is ever done. It seems like it's just a job and given the amount of money we pay, it should be half. I wish I could give negative stars.

Loud and expensive

The complex is badly designed and not resident user friendly. ONLY one pool for 14 buildings!!! Not enough resources spent on security. Too many people flouting the rules and getting away with it. Building stairwells are narrow. The list goes on and on....

It’s not bad

The apartment location is nice and the amenities are great but I wish the cabinet space was bigger/more efficient abs I wish we had an actual hall closet in the hallway or living room to store things like vacuums and such. Also, there is absolutely no pressure in the shower and no one can seem to fix it.

Great place to live

I toured when my building was still under construction, so I am the first tenant to live in this unit. With new builds you run the risk of maintenance issues, but everything has been working perfectly. The staff is so kind and attentive from those working in the office to the maintenance and landscapers. Great amenities and reasonable price compared to competitors. I have yet to find something I don't like about the Haywood. Will absolutely be resigning when my lease is up.
