They can do better

No enough visitors parking. Residents who live here park on visitors so how do you expect for visitors to park. Need more visitors parking. Maintenance takes forever to fix. Bbqn not allowed even if paying for your yard and that's not right. If paying $150 for fence residents should be able to bbq in their yard. Residents don't pick up their dogs poop. For their rent pricing i think they should do alot better even upgrade the inside of apts for the high increase of rent

Good location

The location is really convenient for food and shopping areas. If you want to live around stuff, but not directly in the packed areas this is a good location. The amenities are also good.

Safe place good location

I enjoyed living here. Nice community setting, made friends at the pool. Staff was helpful. Apartment was comfortable and good condition. I only moved to leave state.
