Could be better!

I enjoy living here! But the past year we have experienced a noisy neighbor above us. I wish the landscape would improve! Too many dead and dried up trees and shrubs, and weeds!! The pool area needs to be cleaner and all tables to have umbrellas!

Great Property

Thisxis a great place to live. The property is well maintained. I've lived here for 4 years. Rent increases are minimal. The staff us helpful, attentive and responsive. I had one problem with digs barking and management handled the issue immediately. This is a 100 percent No Smoking property and I love it. I never see cigarette butts on the grounds. I don't have to worry about cigarette smoke seeping through the air ducts or vents. This is huge. The property is safe. I believe a big part of why this property is a great place to live is its location, you must have a vehicle; public transportation is not available. The people are well educated with an understanding of how to behave, follow rules, respect for themselves, others, and other people's property. We are renters and do not own the units. With that said, we take care of our leased unit, grounds, and most importantly, we prideful in and where we live. Meaning we don't trash the place and welcome those who hold the same exceptionally high standards.
