Average Apartment
It is an average, overpriced apartment. My biggest issue is that it is in a bad location, without any access to trails. Also, ending your lease early will cost you a fortune and the contract is misleading. Would not move here again, but it's kinda of what you expect these days.

great location
locatoin is excellent. 8 minutes to grocery/shopping areas. 15-20 minutes to anywhere in the city. property grounds are beautiful; nestled in mature trees. apartment is updated, quiet, can't hear tenant above me. Staff is disorganized and rude at times. It took many weeks and multiple reminders to get simple maintenance tasks handled. (One still isn't completed but I'm tired of asking!) Clubhouse and pool area are really nice but tenants have parties with 10+ guests and allow little kids to run throughout clubhouse unsupervised, leaving soda cans, wrappers, food lying around. It would be a better experience if there was one person supervising common areas after office staff hours.

Quality Luxury Living
It is easy to praise such a friendly, efficient staff. Everyone is always so kind. The Nalle Woods team truly cares for its residents and takes time to ensure their safety, security, and happiness. They also take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy aesthetic throughout the community. This requires constant attention to the details, such as touching up paint on trash dumpsters in the Texas heat no less! The amenities offer a little something for everyone. I love the refreshing pools, the well-appointed gym, the coffee bar, shuffleboard, pool table, and... stunning, intelligently planned workspaces for those who want to sit, stand or use the conference room and PC or Mac workstations. But wait - there's more! The Nalle Woods crew also organizes periodic events on-site such as food trucks and pop-up shopping events by Lux (well curated vendor list). Yes, this is a GREAT place to live!
