Staff are always friendly. Maintenance requests get addressed immediately, though repairs are done until you can't put one more nail in the board (figuratively speaking) like any landlord. Parking is a challenge if you don't pay for a covered space or garage. I live on the ground floor and I hear everything in the apartment above me (is that a woman or a horse?), but rarely hear the next door neighbors. The smell of weed hits me in the face when I leave my apartment most evenings, and after the latest group of move-ins, dog poop and trash is everywhere! You must pay for trash pick-up because apparently I can't walk my own bag to the compacter.
