Good for the price
Apartment Overall is good for the price. Lived here for close to 4 years. Staff was nice. Maintenance was quick. The creek makes it smell sometimes. Turning left out of the apartments was a nightmare at certain times of the day. A lot of accidents at those exits. Area was good. Food areas close by, and not too far from down town Austin. Gates were busted at least once a month. Nice place to hike behind apartments. Over all 7.5/10
Good place to live.
Trash does not get collected daily during the week. The automatic gates constantly break as a result the gates are open. Persistent noise by dog upstairs. Management takes care of reported issues as far as maintenance and keeps tenants in communication.
Great staff and convenient place to live!
I've lived at this complex for almost 8 years at this point. I enjoy the convenient location, but especially the staff. Rachel, Stephanie, and Raven are always helpful. The maintenance team is very professional and keeps our property looking great! Some residents have a bad habit of littering and not picking up their dog's feces, but the staff makes a conscious effort to ensure our community stays pretty. I've enjoyed living here very much. I recommend this complex to anyone who's looking for a quiet space but doesn't mind the hum of a busy road sometimes.
