I was promised by one of the agent that I am a occupant and later he convinced me to sign the document as lease owner and the property manager charged 350$ for moving out. There was no credit check or payment worthiness check on my account before. I complaint some password sharing by my roommate to other people there was no formal warning or any action taken by the team. Worst experience of my life with this property

Great place for accessibility to shopping and all main routes, without the City feel. Friendly neighborhood without being up in your business. Maintenance is fast and responsive to your concerns. Generally a great group of people who try to keep that small community feel without micro managing everything.

i love the complex, if i had to say anything negative it would be there's a lot of dog waste that's all around the property that doesnt get picked up either by residents or maintenance staff. The residents also drive way too fast in the parking lot. Theres been a handful of times where i almost get hit because im trying to reverse park and the cars are right on my tail and i almost hit them.
