So far our experience living at Canyon Pointe has been amazing besides the washer and dryer but thats okay. the only real issue with living here is that the one trash area is far away if your in the back if the complex and the other issue is no parking.

Maricela was often very cold and took work orders from me but never processed them. Some staff are friendly others not so much. Work orders are set up but not done nor do they advise rescheduling needs to be done.

I put in a maintenance request in July. I never saw them come. I looked in the portal and there was a note saying they were going to contact me about options. It's March. They never contacted me.
