Park Access
I love how safe the complex is. The park that borders the complex allows 4 miles of running trails and mountain biking trails. Its very affordable for the North Austin area.
Property review
Cons: 1. I would say that management and maintenance got worse last two years. 2. The pool and gym are getting closed pretty often for a couple of weeks. 3. The gates are open 24/7. 4. Some neighbors don't follow the rules - smoke cigarettes in their apartments and don't keep their dogs on a leash. 5. The Internet is slow, and Spectrum is the only provider that's allowed here. Pros: 1. Affordable price. 2. Good location, near the park. 3. Mail does not get stolen anymore.
Great Place to Live
My family and I have been living here close to four years now and we have and continue to be very satisfied with being apart of this great community. The front office staff are very friendly and responsive with meeting our needs and the maintenance staff are polite, professional and very conscience of privacy when in our homes completing maintenance request.
Incredible apartments
I’ve had the best time leaving at Twelve100. I’d recommend it to anybody who is contemplating living here. The office staff is very kind, and they are always on top of everything. You can tell they are always improving and working on the amenities and communal areas. Thomas, from the office, is very kind and amazing at his work. The complex is very calm and safe, I’ve never had a complaint. It’s always good to go to the gym or use the office space and see everything is clean and organized. Every once in a while, the office organizes little events, where they offer food and drinks for everyone, they even sometimes bring food trucks for us to enjoy. I just love it here!
