Luxury living made affordable

I recently had the pleasure of living at Cypress Mckinney and it was a great experience! The apartments are spacious and budget-friendly, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The amenities were also top-notch, and I especially appreciated the gated community and ample parking. One of the things that really stood out to me was the beautiful natural landscape surrounding the complex. It was so nice to come home to such a peaceful and serene environment each day. The grounds were well-maintained and it was clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the community looking its best. Overall, I highly recommend Cypress Mckinney for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable apartment with great amenities and a beautiful natural setting.

Great facility, horrible app integration

The apartments are great, the amenities are wonderful and the price is great. But I have had nothing but issues trying to set up the rent paying app they require you to use and now im being charged a late fee even though they are unable to take payment any other way and are unable to fix the issue. Just be aware, if you use a debit card for payments like most of us do, it creates issues.

We understand that pets are part of the family. That's why your pets are welcome to join our community at Cypress McKinney Falls. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $350 for one pet and an additional $250 for a second pet. Pet rent is $25/month for the first pet and $20/month for the second. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal.  Pet Breed Restrictions: Akita, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf-Hybrids. If you have pets, contact our leasing office for more details.
