Some other types of pets such as birds, reptiles and fish are allowed. The max number allowed does apply for birds and reptiles. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The pet rent, pet deposit, and pet fee apply only for cats and dogs. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
