Apartment review

i have been here a little over a year, a few changes with transitions of the management company. The amenities are good and the pool is a very nice place. the only downside is the large dogs not being on leashes. But no fault of management, they have tried. It is a beautiful place and there are alot of trails if you enjoy walking.

Had gone down hill

I hear constant stomping above me. thin walls and constant annoyance. Pool, Grill, and fire area have had constant issues. The golf simulator was broking for a long time. Price goes up value goes down. The maintenance staff is quick and responsive No longer a great place to live.

Overall the complex is nice and safe. However, it is pretty noise as far as little kids always yelling and I can hear the people who live above me always stomping around. I also feel like the appliances should be a little nicer for what I pay.

New management has been taking a while to get up to speed and provide luxury living as this complex has stated. Very unsatisfied since the change. Feels like no one is running the place

We are a Pet-Friendly Community! We are pleased to accept cats and dogs. The following non-traditional pets ARE allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are NOT allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.   **All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions.
