Luxury Accessible mediocre

It’s overall great just slow on maintainence and issues with rentcafe and paying rent. Other than that I do enjoy all the amenities provided and all the help I am recieving.

Pros & Cons

Pros: feel pretty safe, plenty of dog areas, multiple pools, multiple gyms, materials match rent price Cons: waiting over a week for maintenance requests (including emergency requests), staff performance is inconsistent (will say they fixed something but they didn't), parking policy (only 7 free visits per month, and staff cannot be relied on to reply for parking)

Absolutely great

I been living at my apartment for about an year and it had been amazing. The location is the biggest factor why i love it here because I have everything i need around me, im close to 6th street, san marcos is 20min away and San Antonio is not far
