Application fees $55

There may be additional unit-specific fees. Please select a unit and move-in date here.

Pets allowed. Pet limit 3 allowed. Our refundable pet deposit is $200 for the first animal. Each animal added after will require an additional $100 deposit. You will also be required to pay a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 per animal, up to three pets per apartment. Monthly pet rent is $20.00 for the 1st animal and $10.00 for each additional animal.   Pet deposits, pet fees, and pet rent do not apply to qualified service or assistance animals.   A pet agreement must be on file prior to the animal being brought into the apartment community. A pet interview may be required. Animals less than one (1) year require an additional $100.00 pet deposit. There is a limit of three pets per home. The following breeds, including any mix, are not accepted: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweiler, Boxer, Chow, German Shepard, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Dalmatian, Fila Brasileiros, and Presa Canario. You may be required to provide a letter from your veterinarian verifying the breed of your dog. Proof of vaccinations, including rabies shots are required. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets must use the designated “pet stations” for defecation. It is the owner’s responsibility to immediately remove any waste left by the pet. A $100.00 charge will be assessed to the pet owner who does not immediately remove waste left by the pet. Under no condition will an animal be permitted in the pool area. At no time will an animal be staked or tied outside the apartment. This includes the patio, balcony, or any other common area. Pet sitting, even for one day, is not allowed without prior written approval from the management. Pet and animal owners will not allow their pet to make noise or disturb the rights and comforts of other residents.   An animal may be removed if it poses a direct threat to others, causes substantial property damage, is not under control, or the handler does not take effective action. All stipulations of the pet agreement will be strictly enforced. If unauthorized pets are found in your apartment, an initial fee of $100.00 will be charged, and an additional fee of $10.00 per day will be charged until the proper deposit is paid and the paperwork is completed. The same rule applies to owners who do not abide by all pet policies, i.e., removing pet defecation, keeping pets on a leash, etc. Misrepresentation Austin Parke Apartments is committed to complying with the Fair Housing Act and all applicable state and local laws regarding service and assistance animals.  We recognize the rights of individuals with disabilities to have equal access to housing accommodations. I'm really delighted to be living in this apartment! The team is very welcoming and professional, always ready to help and respond to my needs.
