Max Weight 35 lb each. Pet Limit 2 allowed. PET POLICY: We welcome pets in our community, with the following guidelines: Maximum Pets: Up to two (2) pets per apartment. Pet Deposit: A $200 deposit per pet is required, along with a signed Pet Agreement. Pet Fee: A $100 non-refundable fee per pet. This fee and deposit must be paid in full before moving in. Weight Limit: Each pet must weigh 35 pounds or less. Vaccinations: All pets must have current and updated vaccinations. Age & Training: Pets must be at least one (1) year old and housebroken. Leash Requirement: Pets must always be on a leash when outside your apartment. Cleanup Responsibility: Pet owners must clean up after their pets. Pet waste stations are conveniently located throughout the community. Supervision: Pets cannot be left unattended or tied up in breezeways, stairwells, patios, or common areas. Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed to urinate or defecate inside apartments, breezeways, stairwells, Patios, or common/recreational areas. Unauthorized Pets: All pets must have written approval from management. Unauthorized pets will result in an initial $100 fine, plus $10 per day until the animal is removed. Prohibited Animals: We do not allow reptiles, rodents, birds, arachnids, or insects. Policy Updates: Management reserves the right to modify this policy as needed. Breed Restrictions The following breeds (including mixed breeds) are not permitted: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Mastiff (all types), Old English Sheepdog, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or any mix of these breeds. Service & Assistance Animals Restrictions on breed, weight, number of pets, and deposits do not apply to residents with verified service or assistance animals.
