Coming from another apartment complex I definitely notice the lack of maintenance in general. For example the halls are never cleaned, the dog waste disposals are always full, the grill next to my building never has propane and the grill at the pool is always disgusting, the equipment at gym is not mantained (lack of oil) and there are a few out of service and not fixed, in my apartment every since I moved in the trash drawer never worked properly and hasn’t been replaced (they try to fix it and they couldn’t) also I’ve been noticing mold in my furniture and clothing, so I’ll be reaching out to management to get a mold inspector and hopefully fix the problem. I like living here so I hope we can work to get these problems fixed.

I just moved in, but so far everything has been okay. The apartment was flipped roughly before my arrival. Paint splattered everywhere, and it was not very clean. The office has communicated fairly quickly, and I am waiting to see if they will act on my maintenance request.

The buildings ate nasty and very rarely ckeaned wity nasty atains from trashZ The stairwells are disgusting and hallways filled with debris and cobwebs. You have to be in guard as you walk through to make sure that spiders don’t drop on your head. Trash s left outside doorways all weekend long making it unsightly buy more importantly smelly and just nasty. Also, lately, people have allowed their dogs to poop on the sidewalks and not pick up after them. Also, the property haa not been maintained well with plants dying and not being replaced leaving open areas with just mulch. If I were touring this property and walked through Building 9, I would definitely not be interested in renting here. I am so disgusted by how nasty the hallways and stairwells have become. It’s time to clean it up. Sad because this could be a beautiful property (as it was originally) with just a little effort and quality management. Where does all of the money go that the residents pay? It sure doesn’t seem that mych if anything goes into the overall maintenance.
