Everything is great here I love it and staff is amazing . The only thing that could be better is the landscaping and the gate you go out of is never closed . So anyone can come in and out .

Apt not updated since 1999

I have been here since Aug 2022 and I feel that the information provided at signing was not followed through on. I was told my upgrades will be complete by November and it is now Jan headed into Feb and still no updates. We were inconvenienced with the water being out for 3+ days which included Christmas day in which I was forced to get a hotel and fast food for me and my visiting family that traveled to visit and not once have we been compensated for this. No a soul in management has offered to waive late fee as rent will be late now I have to make unexpected accommodations as well as offered a discount on rent seeing that we have been impacted. As the apartments are nice but the way the communicate is poor. The previous tenant resided here as I was told since 1999 and there is no reason why the upgrades and updates have not been finished yet. I have cabinets hanging drawers falling out nails poking out and its just not a good feel being that I am a single parent paying $1500/month with rent.
