Merriwood review

I enjoy living here. The mangement is great and responds quickly to any maintenance issues. There is free covered parking and fenced patio and great central location.

Cold and Noisy

Moved here 9/1/2023. No insulation in floor - can hear every word that downstairs neighbor says. Floor creaks and snaps every step I take. No pantry, linen closet or garbage disposal. Not able to view apartment before I signed a lease. Had to spend $500 on rug to deaden noise from apt underneath this one. Heater went out Friday 12/29- too dangerous to re-start, so given space heater. It heats 2 square feet and I was told that a new unit wouldn't be put in until Tuesday, January 2nd. if approved. It is not a very good situation to live without heat when temps are in the 20's at night and 40's during the day. Sorry I moved in here.
