Four Plus Stars
The complex has a pool and two laundry rooms, but for some of us in the complex, it's a bit of a long walk to get to either. The laundry room we use is nice, but it's not regularly cleaned from what I can tell. It always looks like it needs a good sweep of the floor, especially around the trash can. We have not had an occasion or an opportunity yet to use the pool, but it is very inviting. The only amenity lacking is a fitness center, but we don't necessarily need one. I understand it would be expensive to install one, which would mean rent would probably increase. The team maintaining the grounds doesn't pick up trash behind the buildings that is left behind by folks walking through the complex who may or may not be residents, which is annoying. Even with all that, the unit we are in is very nice, and has a great view of the surrounding neighborhood. Also, the building maintenance workers respond to issues very quickly and are very polite and friendly. We're quite happy here.
