So far so good. Except the windows are not weather proof, neither is the front door. The heat and ac are not consistent throughout. One room is always cold.

Great place, wish i was getting more space for how mucb im paying. Maintenance is amazing, as well as Sherri and Linda. If we had assigned parking included in rent i would give everything 5 stars.

Needs upgrading

My experience here has been good. Staff and maintenance have always taken care of any problems that come up. The only issue is that problems come up frequently. The apartments are out dated, window seals and doorways have cracks that let too much dust and cold in, and the only amenities is the pool and a tennis court. They keep increasing the price to match market value however, these apartments are not up to market value. I wouldn't have a problem if I had new appliances, updated flooring, fixed window and door seals, and rusty sinks replaced.
