Love living here. Staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is prompt and does a great job. Safe neighborhood, parking is easy and close to just about anything you need. Pondaseta, Drunken Oyster and John Stiff Park are an easily walkable distance. Highly recommend.

Review of property

The property is okay. The appliances in units are very outdated and have several issues. Maintenance takes significant amounts of time to fix anything once a work order is put in. The office staff is nice and welcoming. The amenities are great and kid friendly.
