Duplex 1

The manager does not keep lawns mowed timely. They are normally overgrown during the summer and unsightly. Normally one of the tenants in the duplexes have to call to get it mowed. Shouldn't have to do that since lawns mowed is part of the responsibilities of the Lessor.

When I first started living here over 13 years ago, the staff was pleasant and maintenance was great. They were over at the drop of a hat. In the past 7 years, the maintenance is if and when we can get there and the staff hardly is available to talk to. They also have gone up on the rent every year I have been here. An average of 25% each year. The lawn mowing was taken care of each week during the summer for the first few years. Now we have to call and beg them to come over and mow the lawn. It is usually, maybe once a month when they mow during the summer. The facilities are fairly ok, however after living here for several more years than me, one of the duplexes still has not had it's flooring changed They say have to wait until the resident moves. To me that is poor business.

Been here for 30 years. Enjoyed. Good at answering questions.

Lived here more than 10 years. No cosmetic maintenance has been done. Rent gone up every year.
