115 Creekstone Circle

We've been here since 2014 and I like the location and apartment, but I think it's overpriced and the valet service has got to go! They don't show up half the time. I also think there should be individual water meters for each apartment, And the improvements in the kitchen (the appliances} should be given to long time residents, not just installed when someone moves out.The staff is great though.

Absentee maintenance

I submitted multiple requests for maintenance weeks ago and no response has been received. I am in the process of moving out and concerned that what I reported will not be fixed until after I move out; leading me to believe that I will be subjected to paying for damages I reported in ample time. A shady tactic in my opinion.

Integrity

Have been asking for a refrigerator for 4 years. It sounds like it's going to break down at anytime because it is old. Told management before we signed another year lease we wanted to know that we were getting another refrigerator and were told "absolutely." Well that was in Nov/Dec of last year. As always, we were forgotten. A tree fell on our roof. It stayed there for 8 DAYS before anything was done. Even then, the tree company leaves the biggest part of the tree still leaning towards the apt and also cut half way through the base. I reported this a month ago to the office and was told, "Oh I wasn't aware," and then nothing was done about it." We have brown stains on our ceiling where the tree caused leaks. Has anyone come by to check like we were told, NOPE! We have a pool in the back that has been shut down WAY longer than it has been open because noone wants to fix the problem. Our building is in the back and we love that because it has woods and its quiet but we are forgotten about most of the time. Bushes and trees up front toward where people come in and look are all trimmed and presentable, but back here they are growing over the sidewalk. When it rains you have to play limbo to get to your apt. We have been here 8 years and loyalty means nothing because as soon as someone moves out the apts are redone and look nice for the next tenants while the ones who have lived here get nothing. We stay because we love our neighbors and our quiet spot, but that is definitely the ONLY reason. I'm not writing this to be bitter but because I'm fed up with being looked over and never any follow through on promises made. You do what you say you'll do. It's called integrity! I am about to put in a couple of maintenance requests, like my ceiling fan is coming out of the ceiling in our bedroom. Guess we'll see how long that takes. Also, dont get used to the management because that changes about every 6-7 months. Hope your service and luck is better than ours has been.

Maintenance

Submitted several dish washer, A/C, door lock and door complains but the repairs they do don’t work. Very frustrating having old appliances that keep wearing out and are hard to fix or are not being properly fixed.
