What others love about this property:
Great Staff, Great Location
Living here has been a great experience. The staff has been great and is always helpful. The location is amazing -- it's walkable to so many great places. I virtually never hear my neighbors -- although traffic noise does happen on such a busy corner. One drawback is that parking is lacking. As a resident, I pay for parking monthly but there have been times when there are zero parking spots available in our garages. That can be a frustrating experience. Overall this is defenitely the best apartment complex I've lived in and it has the best staff.
Elevator always down
The elevator on my side of the building many people have gotten stuck in, including myself. It was been on and off (95% of the time off) actually working for over a month. Not pleased with that.
My Experience at Atlas Apartments and Rent cafe
Being new to Nashville, the location we lived in was very important to us and living at Atlas in Germantown has really elevated our experience here so far. The apartment is in a prime location with every amenity you could as for. We are coming up on 1 year and would love to stay! Using Rent Cafe has only added to the experience by making every transaction effortless.
Nice Place
Lived here for over a year and a half. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are few and far between but are handled quickly when they do come up. Area is a little loud because of all the concrete and construction trucks but I almost never hear any of my neighbors. One of the best apartments I've lived at.
