So far everything is great!

Want to say thank you to the maintenance guys!! They found that the air compressor was out and made accommodations ASAP to get a portable air conditioner for us and had the unit fixed the next day.

Expensive

Rules need to be enforced, We pay too much for people not to pick up dog poop, i called regarding fireworks being blown off feet away from my balcony and no one seems to care. Office staff is rude and crass when you ask for anything.

Good experience love the place. Probably the best experience at a apartment's complex I have ever had. Only comment I would have to say is maintenance. Some stuff we requested to be fix was either barley fixed or not at all. Had the refrigerator filter light come on that signaled to be replaced and all the maintenance did was come in and just hold down to reset the light and actually didn't replace anything. So just curious to as how much actually is truly fixed when we put request in. But other than that great complex.

Great place to live

We gave lived here for 2 years and just signed our third lease. We really do love living here. Maintence is so quick and super helpful, the neighbors are all wonderful, and uts so quiet. The increases with every lease signing is getting a little out of hand, but the area around the property is growing so its not unexpected for the rent to go up a substantial amount. I will say the price for the units is fair for the quality and layout they offer.
