Would love to have a trash service as there are a lot of females in the building and carrying trash across the parking lot into the “trash room” is gross! Another feature that would be nice is assigned parking for residents. Just a few suggestions but I love it here!!

ZERO Amenities Take out your own Trash Carpets Filthy 50% of the time in the hallways Zero Security (want an Amazon package? walk right in, take them all) Rent goes up a TON every single year (for what?) - paying nearly $400 more than when we moved in 4 years ago 3x partial ceiling replacement do to flooding "its been great" :) So why not just move? Moving is Expensive and the Location is hard to beat. THEY know it so they charge whatever they can get.

No amenities. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Rent increases every single year. You are lucky if you are one of the residents that goes 12 months without your ceiling being flooded and having a hole in your wall. Oh and now you have to pay a rental fee for your 5-6 year old washer and dryer. They are mailing you for your money because it is the Only place near Charlotte on the river.

The location is beautiful but there is no workout facility, indoor common area or pool/grilling area included. The rent is far over-priced based on the lack of amenities and while there are numerous signs to clean up after your pet, there is a lack of pet disposal areas or even garbage cans available without having to walk a good distance to dispose of pet waste. Several residents have stated they carry their pet's feces indoors to dispose in their toilet. There are a few disposal cans for pet waste on the trail but that's not practical for late night, early morning and bad weather occasions when that takes some of us far away from our apartment entrance. For a location that prides itself on the restaurant and retail locations in the complex, there is a surprising lack of garbage cans available to residents as well as the numerous non-resident patrons of these restaurants and retail locations. Packages have gone missing in the shared mailroom but there is no security to assist those who've had packages go missing. In addition to the poor amenities, there is no regard for residents as parking "rules" are not enforced to protect residents in a lot shared with non-resident employees and patrons. With the exception of a couple of "concerts" performed for the general public, there were no organized events unique to residents to bond as a community on holidays, special occasions, etc. At their prices, I expect more.
