The River District as part of Riverwalk is a prime location to live in Rock Hill, SC. I have lived in the apartments overlooking the Catawba river for almost 3 years now and never get tired of the views. The community is close to fitness, some retail & dining and not far from all that downtown Rock Hill has to offer. Interstate access to I-77 is a mere 1-2 minutes. The apartments themselves are well laid out and to be among a busy mixed used area, it is rarely too loud or unpleasant.

great place to live if you like the outdoors. the apt needs a bit of updating but nice otherwise

I stayed in the Grace building at Riverwalk, parking was not bad unless busy and carrying things like groceries to the apartment, the 6 mile walking trail is awesome and a great work out. The 10 mile mountain bike trail is mid level and fun... walk to restaurants and Grape vine has live music ?? often. I had a positive experience. Staff was great...
