Good Community
I have been living here for 2 years, and I love the leasing office's customer service and the maintenance response time to requests. Everyone in the front office is very welcoming and pleasant. My only complaint is not directed at the leasing office, but more towards the community. I dislike the fact that many pet owners do not clean up after their dogs when they use the bathroom! Other than that I enjoy the community.

Fantastic
I have lived here for almost a year and love it. We love our apartment and how comfy it is. It just always feels so homey. It's super close to 77 which I have to drive every day for work. Plus all the shopping and grocery stores nearby are awesome. My roommate is still in school so he loves it because it's super easy to get to Winthrop. It can be a little loud with neighbors but I feel like that just comes with it.
