It's still a jewel, just not a hidden one. Way to many people are here now, taking up parking spaces that unfortunately are not marked for residents, so if you have groceries you might have to park in an overflow parking section and carry them further. Also, people don't seem to care that once the restaurant(s) and other businesses close, to be respectful of their noise levels. Riverwalk Managment needs to really consider to reinforce this for the residents.

There is nothing to complain about life on the riverwalk. Amazing views, solid properties, great staff. The only thing I wish our property would do is partner with the Riverwalk Apartments up the road so we could utilize there pool/gym/other amenities.

From the time that I scheduled an appointment in February to view Riverwalk Apts, Garamond responded immediately and was very professional. When I arrived to view, he showed wonderful hospitality to me and I was in LOVE with the apartments-they are beautiful to me. Came back in May, met with Garamond again, viewed The Ross and was HOOKED. The application process went smoothly, Garamond responded to each of my emails. Move in was handled efficiently -again great job Garamond. We are now 30 days here and I'm hoping for the best because so far I think this was a great move! Thank you Garamond, John-maitenance and Kim(?)cleaning staff who took care of the patio issue at move in.

The Riverwalk Apartments are the perfect up and coming spot to live. With restaurants, exercise classes, and plenty of air, this is a great spot to be in Rock Hill. A quiet community and active community, I would recommend this over and over!
