Amazing place
We absolutely love our home here. It is quiet and feels like a nice community. The staff is always so friendly as well.
Excellent move-in experience
Beautiful, brand new apartments. Nice pool, a pet wash, convenient mail room, plenty of parking, responsive staff. Very happy here
Peaceful but close to everything
The Caroline is a perfect location for us and anyone looking for location in Indian Land, close to everything you need but just south of all the crazy traffic and congestion. Brand new, well built, beautiful high end kitchens. the pool, work out area and common meeting area are very pretty and welcoming. The staff are phenomenal in keeping community running as it was meant. We have not encountered a single problems that was not addressed fully in record amount of time. This is our first apartment in 40+ years, as we build our forever home, and we are very very pleased with our decision to rent at the Caroline.
