Always hearing banging, knocking, hammering, things be slide around on the floors above me buy college students. All hours of the day and night.

Great location - so close to 521; the complex is well-lit, clean, and quiet. Neighbors are friendly and maintenance requests are dealt with quickly.

They seem to be understaffed and inexperienced. Complaints we've had have not been handled quickly and sometimes not at all.Noisy neighbors / animals. It's not uncommon to smell weed, despite our leases saying we can't smoke within 75 feet of buildings. Main lobby has very limited hours (if you have a normal 9-5 job, you'll rarely be able to use it). Gym is decent. Pool is nice. Maintenance responds to requests in reasonable time.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Maintenance as well. Haven't had issues with noise or bad neighbors either, the people are pretty friendly.
