Eight Years living at Hawthorne Westside!

We moved into HW eight years ago with the thought that we would stay for a year or two. This is a wonderful community based apartment home village. We have met many people from many places of all ages! And it is a pet paradise! They make dog ownership very easy with a property that lends itself to great walks and dog stations all around. The pool is beautiful. The staff is very reliable and incredibly friendly. Lots of activities: food trucks, bingo nights, pool parties, movie nights. We are in the process of renewing our lease for another year.

Great place to live

Hawthorne Westside is a great place to live. Great location close to a grocery, box stores, restaurants and easy access to highways. The staff is a pleasure to work with. Any maintenance issues we have had were dealt with quickly and successfully. We love the grounds: the pool, the pavilion, the clubhouse and the pond filled with land and water creatures. We've made good friends here.

And Five Years Later.....

Yes, we have lived here for five years. And there is a reason for that. This community has diversity, beauty, an amazing staff and a great location. We are not going anywhere. This is our neighborhood, and it has a neighborhood feel.
