They have many deceptive, unusual fees: A garbage fee, a package delivery fee, and two types of insurance. The insurance may be very important because they have many aggressive non residence flowing through the parking lots at night.

The maintenance staff is nice. The support staff went cold on me right after signing.. They can be really strange to interact with.

I thoroughly enjoy living here. Maintenance sometimes needs a reminder to stop by but overall staff communication is solid. Sadly, it’s a bit expensive so my time there will end soon, but I’d stay if it were in my budget.
